By using The Drinking Guest, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to play.
The Drinking Guest is intended for adults of legal drinking age. We do not encourage excessive or irresponsible alcohol consumption. All penalties and drinking prompts are suggestions — you are never required to consume alcohol. Substitute with water, soft drinks, or any non-alcoholic beverage. Drink responsibly and know your limits.
Players agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to harass other players, or to submit offensive or inappropriate player names. We reserve the right to remove any content or block any user at our discretion.
The Drinking Guest name, logo, card designs, task content, and code are the property of the service owner. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the service without permission.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or consequences of alcohol consumption.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
